The elite kitchen team is led by Master Chef of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao dishes, Mr. Chan Ah Kin, who has more than 40 years of experience in preparing Chao Zhou cuisine.

In order to provide high-quality Chao Zhou cuisine for our customers, the team work together to improve and fine tune traditional dishes such as : Hand Shredded Cold Lobster, Special Cold Fish Rice, Scalded Bitter Melon and Beef Soup, Poached Sliced Fresh Sea Whelks, Master stock 5-year-old Goose Head and Pepper Shark’s Fin Soup with Fish Maw.
